1. VALIDITY AND RATES

Tour & excursion
All tour programs are presenting in briefly details to describe and inform the simply itinerary which offer both rates are quoted in THB (Thai Baht) and schedules valid from November 01, 2007 to October 31, 2008. The tour programs are arranging in packages includes of round trip transportation from hotel to each destinations trip exceptional some noticed programs; please accept extra charge for transfers. Besides, the packages are inclusive of lunch, soft drink, snacks, and fruits in season, equipment for each activity, tour guide and insurance provided from the tour operator for any cases of accident.

Remark to the booking form will be not provided suddenly on website to any reservations but it will be replied upon requests by email or by meeting firstly our representative.

All itineraries are able to change without prior notice depending on properly situation

• Our tour listed separately charged adult and children.
The children are aged over 2 years until 12 years and free of charge for infant less than 2 years. Some tours may have different conditions please notice.

• Cancellation & No show
The clients shall notify us of the cancellation or reductions as early as possible,

• Refund
After commencement of tour, no refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized. All reservations requested will be replied by e-mail within two day. If you do not receive any reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request

Hotel
All rates are valid from 01 November 2006 to 31 October 2007 unless specified in the rate. All of our listed rates quoted are in either THB (Thai Baht) or US$ Dollars according to hotels. All rates are quoted per room per night inclusive of service charge 10% and current applicable Value Add Tax 7%. Rates are subject to change without prior notice

• Breakfast
Rates are according to the hotel policy, almost are includes but some are not. Please check the detail rates on pages

• On Request
All rates quoted are sold on an “on request” basis

• Extend stay
If you decide to extend your stay with the same condition or different, please contact our local officer 076-248965 or hot line 09-8664030 and you will not charged by walked in guests.

• Child Policy
No room charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parent without using bedding, Maximum 2 children per room, If children under 12 years need an extra bed we charge to triple rate and or children require their own room, we will charge the same rates as adult, ABF will be charged at the hotel rate for children.

3. PAYMENT

FULLPAYMENT must be received at least 2 business days in advance for tour and excursions and regarding to hotel payment must be 14 days in advanced unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without prior notice.

4. CANCELLATION CHARGE FOR HOTELS

Cancellation period	Cancellation charges in General
• + 14 Days prior to arrival	10 percent fees charged of the total booking cost
• 13-4 Days prior to arrival	10 percent fees charged of the total booking cost plus one night cancellation fee
• 3-0 Days prior to arrival	Charge the total booking cost
*** Please notice ; we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fees in some cases depending on Hotel policies in different conditions

5. Group booking/Quotation requirement

Special rates for group will be provided upon request. The deposit should be paid upon confirmation of booking or depend on the requirement from hotel. Other arrangements which are not listed in this contract rates. Please send your requirement directly to our staff.

6. VISA OR MASTER CARD (payment through our Payment Form )

Please provide your credit card number, the correct of card's holder name, expiry date & code on card and fill in at Visa Payment Form then scanning send back to refer.
